My story

With an initial engineering and ESCP training, I spent more than 10 years in managerial positions in the luxury world. In 2015, I discovered naturopathy following a diagnosis of a "mini ulcer": this art of living changed my life.

Having become a real passion , I decided to make it my profession after the birth of my second child.

I chose to train with ISUPNAT Paris, which today offers a highly qualifying BACHELOR course (approx. 2000 hours) at European level, certified by FENA.

In 2023, I managed to modulate a syndrome that I had been carrying since adolescence, Polycystic Ovary Syndrome ( PCOS ). Another victory thanks to Naturopathy, which confirms my desire to offer it to others.

At home, Naturopathy accompanies our whole family , from the smallest to the largest: a joyful, generous and gourmet Naturopathy.

Passionate about healthy cooking, I developed my own digital application in 2020 which offers you delicious and easy-to-make recipes . This application is made available free of charge to all my customers.

I use many tools, of which nutrition and dietetics are pillars, as well as relaxation techniques , stress management and emotions.

I attach particular importance to a rigorous and collaborative approach , while respecting any parallel medical follow-ups.

What is Naturopathy?

Naturopathy is a holistic art of living which aims to preserve and restore health.

This ancestral practice uses around ten tools such as nutrition, emotional management or the use of plants ; to achieve the objectives of returning to balance.

Naturopathy is in no way a substitute for medicine but seeks to establish a lifestyle that corresponds to your own physiology in order to strengthen your terrain and optimize your self-healing capacity.
